We process orders Monday – Friday, excluding Holidays. We use UPS to deliver our products Most items are shipped within 3-7 working days but please allow up to 14 working days for your delivery to arrive. Any special ordered items, or back ordered items will take longer and delivery times could be as long as 14-21 working days.
Currently we do not have a way for you to purchase through the website, but we do accept your orders over the phone (215.355.5488) , fax (215.355.5248) email (whitneyworks@whitneyworkshome.com), or using the website contact form.
Shipping outside the continental U.S. will require additional Shipping charges.
Most items are always in stock but sometime there are runs on an item and it’s periodically out of stock. If this should ever happen we will email you right away letting you know when that item will be shipping again.
