Return Policy

Whitney Works Home takes pride in our merchandise and we strive to satisfy our customers. Our products are carefully inspected before shipment. However if any product is received with a defect in material or workmanship this may be returned within 3 days of receipt. Please return the defective item in its original/unused condition and packaging and we will be happy to either exchange the product or provide a refund.

If packaging material is visibly damaged upon receipt this must be noted by the delivery service. Any damage of our merchandise that is found must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, and all packaging must be maintained. Photographs of damage may be required.

Any returns that are made to Whitney Works Home that are not deemed defective or damaged are subject to a 25% restocking fee in addition to all shipping charges. Whitney Works Home is not responsible for any damage that is caused by you or your pet to any of our products, nor will we accept a returned item or offer an exchange for any item that has been used, or not in its original condition.
